Coaching provides a confidential space to think, reflect, and gain new perspectives.  

 

Whether you're looking to create change in your organisation, your career or your personal life, I can help you develop greater clarity, confidence and purpose.

 

As a Chartered Psychologist and qualified coach, I work with people from a wide range of backgrounds and at different stages of their personal and professional journey.

 

People come to me for many different reasons. You may be leading an organisation through change, stepping into a new role, looking to build confidence, considering a career move, navigating a significant life transition, exploring neurodiversity affects your work or everyday life, feeling stuck, or simply wanting dedicated time to think about what matters most to you.

 

Whatever your starting point, coaching is tailored to your individual goals, strengths and circumstances.  I coach people who want to create positive change.  My role is to provide a supportive and appropriately challenging space to help you gain greater clarity, confidence and direction.

 

Drawing on over 30 years’ experience supporting people and organisations through change, I combine coaching psychology with practical experience of leadership, organisational development and implementation. 

 

This means my approach is grounded not only in psychological theory, but also in extensive real-world experience of supporting individuals and organisations through change.  I understand the realities of leadership, personal and professional relationships, team dynamics, organisational complexity and the personal challenges that often accompany periods of transition and growth.  

 

This broader perspective can help you explore your own thinking and behaviour, as well as the organisational systems, professional and personal relationships and contexts that influence successful change.

 

What happens in coaching?

Like all our work, our approach is grounded in evidence, informed by psychology and focused on practical improvement.  Every coaching relationship is unique and tailored to your individual goals, aspirations and circumstances.

 

We believe people are naturally resourceful and capable of finding solutions that work for them.  Our role is to help you uncover effective solutions through thoughtful questioning, constructive challenge and reflective conversation, and to support you in turning insights into meaningful action.

 

We provide a confidential, supportive and appropriately challenging space to think clearly, explore new perspectives and build greater self-awareness.  Together, we explore what success would look like for you and identify practical actions that move you towards it.

 

Between sessions, you'll put your ideas into practice, and together we'll review what's worked, explore what you've learned and adapt your appraoch so you continue making progress towards the outcomes you want.   

 

Individual coaching begins with a complimentary chemistry session to explain our approach, understand what you are looking for, and explore whether we are the right fit for working together.
